Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase you agree to their terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the event organizer's policies and applicable law. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will follow the organizer's instructions for refunds or exchanges and will communicate available options to you.

User Conduct and Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watan Tickets LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Watan Tickets LLC for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim, or a smaller amount if required by applicable law.

Indemnification
